Louise G. Klaber, founder and president of GREENWOOD ASSOCIATES is a consultant with over twenty five years experience. Throughout her career she has designed and presented programs to enhance the ability of people to plan for and deal with change and to accomplish meaningful goals. She works with business, educational and public sector organizations.
Ms. Klaber, formerly Manager of Human Resources for the Gas Division of PSE&G of N.J., also served as an internal Management Development Consultant for Northeast Utilities, and as an Associate Professor at the University of Connecticut, Institute of Public Service She was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hartford and other educational institutions.
She provides executive coaching and senior level consultation in the areas of strategic planning, change management and employee strategies in response to downsizing. She teaches American Management Association courses. Louise has published articles on various topics in organizational development and change management.
She is a graduate of Barnard College, with a Masters degree from Columbia University and an advanced degree in Group Process from the University of Hartford.
Louise is active in the community and in her personal pursuit of work place wellness. She has served on various community and professional boards. She is the former President of the Hartford Track Club.
